First Tent
Appetizers

  • Welcome Cocktails
  • Monkey Mango Margaritas- traditional margaritas juiced up with mango nectar and served over the rocks.
  • Passed Hors d'oeuvres
  • Mushroom Tapa- Button mushrooms are sliced and sauteed with white onion, garlic and parsley, with a dash of red chile flakes then mounded atop a toasted baguette slice 
  • Artichoke Hearts- served with Lemon Aioli stuffed with parmesan cheese, lightly coated with bread crumbs and served warm. 
  • Tiny Spanish Meatballs- in Almond Sauce Ground pork and white bread meatballs are flavored with onion, garlic and nutmeg and parsley, then smothered an almond sauce which is made in the same skillet as the meatballs with white wine, white bread, chopped blanched almonds, vegetable stock and salt and pepper. Great with sliced crusty bread for mopping up the almond sauce!

Second Tent
Soup & Salad

  • Lobster Bisque- with Truffle Cream a creamy bisque topped with a dollop of frothed truffle cream; served in an espresso cup.
  • Baby Spinach Salad- with Avocado
    Sliced apple, bacon and a paprika infused vinaigrette.


Third Tent
The Entree

  • Artisan Breadsserved with whipped creamery butter.
  • Herb Crusted Lamb Tenderloin- with caramelized cippoline onions & mint infused demi glaze Risotto with fresh Peas, Mint & Marscapone, Steamed Broccoli Rabe with fresh lemon juice.

  • Wild Mushroom Crepes- with a Chive Beurre Blanc with Risotto with fresh Peas, Mint & Marscapone, Steamed Broccoli Rabe with fresh lemon juice.

  • Pan con Chocolate-  Sea Salt , Arqbequina Aciete Delicious chocolate pate drizzled with Spanish Olive Oil and Sea Salt, served with toasted Ciabatta.
